Responsibilities
- Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 Vision Initiative, defining architectural standards and technology roadmaps.
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant microservices architecture to support high-volume data processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge AI/ML models into core product offerings.
- Drive technical decision-making and mentor a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Ensure security best practices and compliance standards are met across all new deployments.
- Optimize system performance and reduce latency for global users.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership architectural role.
- Deep expertise in designing distributed systems, cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.
- Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, and MLOps pipelines.
- Experience implementing Zero Trust security models.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
