Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Systems: Design scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning infrastructures capable of handling the computational load of 2026.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead research into emergent AI paradigms, including large language model optimization and reinforcement learning for autonomous agents.
- Quantum Integration: Collaborate with quantum computing teams to develop hybrid algorithms that leverage both classical and quantum processing.
- Model Optimization: Reduce inference latency and improve model accuracy for edge computing applications in smart environments.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and establish coding standards for AI implementation across the organization.
- Ethical AI Governance: Implement guidelines to ensure AI systems are transparent, fair, and safe for deployment in critical sectors.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior architecture role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Algorithm Mastery: Deep understanding of statistical modeling, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
- Future-Readiness: Experience with or strong theoretical knowledge of quantum computing concepts and their application to AI.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills, ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and a passion for the future of technology.
