Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI system evolution, identifying key technological trends and integrating them into our long-term product roadmap.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the architecture of large-scale distributed AI systems, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and scalability.
- Technology Leadership: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum-inspired algorithms) to drive innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce latency and improve the efficiency of our core inference engines and training pipelines.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and ensure all AI systems adhere to global data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering or system architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focusing on AI/ML infrastructure.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems. Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Frameworks: Strong hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think long-term and translate abstract concepts into concrete technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
