Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations within Indianapolis
- Maintain accurate delivery records using our proprietary tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform routine vehicle safety checks and maintenance
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and timeliness
- Handle fragile and high-value items with care
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Indiana driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Indianapolis metro area
- Smartphone proficiency for route navigation and tracking
- Reliable transportation to and from depot
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
