Responsibilities
- Safely navigate Seattle streets to deliver food orders within 30-minute timeframes
- Verify order accuracy and maintain pristine food presentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Track deliveries via our mobile app and update delivery status in real-time
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Coordinate with restaurant staff to resolve order discrepancies
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Maintain clean and organized vehicle interior at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State driver's license with minimum 2 years experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly during shift
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food handler's permit preferred (training provided if needed)
