Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and food orders to residential and commercial addresses across Miami-Dade County
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and GPS tracking systems for real-time route optimization
- Inspect vehicles daily to ensure safe operating conditions and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and handle payment transactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company delivery standards
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues and adjust routes as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience in a delivery or logistics role
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and navigate stairs and uneven terrain
- Strong knowledge of Miami-Dade County roadways and navigation apps
- Excellent time management skills with ability to meet tight delivery deadlines
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking and communication
- Pass background check and drug screening as required by company policy
