Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail goods to customers across Kansas City
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication via our mobile app
- Inspect and maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety, and mechanical functionality
- Optimize routes using GPS navigation to ensure timely deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist with warehouse operations when not on delivery routes
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong knowledge of Kansas City metropolitan area
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and customer service demeanor
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
