Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within El Paso city limits
- Maintain accurate delivery records using our proprietary mobile tracking system
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide outstanding customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet time targets
- Handle package returns, exchanges, and special delivery requests
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Class C Driver's License with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of El Paso streets and neighborhoods
- Smartphone proficiency for route navigation and delivery apps
- Reliable personal vehicle (or ability to use company vehicle if provided)
- Pass background check and drug screening
