Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail items to customers across Albuquerque
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to ensure timely deliveries and maximize fuel efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service through professional communication and order accuracy
- Maintain clean, well-maintained vehicles and complete pre/post-trip inspections
- Process payments accurately and manage cash handling responsibilities
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges and update delivery status
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid New Mexico driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle with current registration and insurance
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery apps
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
