Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, or goods to residential and commercial locations
- Maintain accurate delivery records using our mobile app and digital manifests
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes for timely delivery while adhering to traffic laws
- Handle cash transactions and collect payments when required
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong knowledge of Austin metropolitan area
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and app usage
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
