Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and other items to customers throughout Las Vegas
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication logs
- Perform vehicle safety checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and fuel efficiency
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues in real-time
- Assist with loading/unloading operations and inventory management
Qualifications
- Valid Nevada driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years experience)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery apps
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Basic knowledge of Las Vegas streets and neighborhoods
