Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport freight across designated routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation using digital tracking systems
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Coordinate with dispatch team to optimize delivery schedules
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Assist in freight handling when required (non-lifting roles available)
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR record and satisfactory background check
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic familiarity with GPS navigation and delivery apps
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to climb in/out of vehicle and handle paperwork
- Willingness to pass pre-employment drug screening
