Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, aggregates, and debris across job sites
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols at all times
- Coordinate with dispatch teams and site supervisors for efficient load management
- Secure cargo properly and ensure compliance with weight restrictions
- Document delivery reports and maintain accurate trip records
- Perform minor vehicle troubleshooting and basic maintenance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial dump truck driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Colorado roadways and construction site protocols
- Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting vehicle issues
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Physical ability to climb in/out of equipment and handle heavy materials
- Strong communication skills and time management abilities
