Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery van (yours or provided) to transport packages to customer doorsteps.
- Follow planned routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries across the Dallas metro area.
- Obtain digital signatures and handle package handling with care to ensure zero damage.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior throughout your shift.
- Interact professionally with customers, resolving any delivery issues with a smile.
- Inspect the vehicle before and after shifts to confirm safety and report any maintenance needs.
- Use handheld devices for route navigation, scanning, and proof of delivery.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for app usage and navigation.
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service standards.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
