Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, gravel, and debris to job sites
- Perform daily pre-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and comply with DOT regulations
- Collaborate with site supervisors to coordinate loading/unloading schedules
- Operate equipment in various weather conditions and terrains
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company policies
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team regarding route updates
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean MVR
- Minimum 2 years of dump truck or heavy equipment experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards
- Strong navigation skills for Kansas roadways
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Flexibility for early morning starts and occasional overtime
