Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages safely and efficiently at the warehouse and customer locations.
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a timely and professional manner.
- Obtain signatures for all deliveries and maintain accurate proof of delivery records.
- Ensure the delivery vehicle is kept clean, organized, and fuel-efficient.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety regulations strictly.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
- Resolve delivery issues professionally and escalate complex problems when necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License (or equivalent state license).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations within the last 3 years).
- Reliable smartphone with data access for navigation and reporting.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as required.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
