Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail items to customers across Washington DC metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and route documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes
