Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and food orders to residential and commercial addresses within specified time windows
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our mobile app
- Inspect vehicles daily for safety and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Adapt routes efficiently using GPS navigation and traffic updates
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues promptly
- Follow all NYC traffic regulations and parking guidelines
Qualifications
- Valid New York State driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery app navigation
- Excellent time management and punctuality
- Basic knowledge of NYC boroughs and major roads
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
