Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles following DOT regulations and company policies
- Complete comprehensive paid training program to obtain CDL Class A license
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate trip logs and delivery documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery and pickup operations
Qualifications
- No CDL experience required - we train qualified candidates!
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Basic math skills for load manifests and delivery documentation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to obtain hazmat endorsement after initial training
