Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods within Colorado and neighboring states
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork as per DOT regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and traffic laws at all times
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and communication
- Represent Rocky Mountain Transport professionally in all client interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
