Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) in accordance with FMCSA regulations and company policies.
- Deliver freight on time and in perfect condition, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (DVIR).
- Complete electronic logging device (ELD) logs accurately and maintain proper documentation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and any delays.
- Maintain a clean and safe driving record at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL A).
- Current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- One year of verifiable driving history within the last 3 years (no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- U.S. Citizenship or valid Legal Permanent Resident status.
