Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks for material transport across job sites
- Perform daily pre/post-trip inspections and maintenance checks
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Load/unload materials efficiently at construction sites and quarries
- Maintain accurate trip logs and documentation
- Collaborate with dispatchers for timely route optimization
- Represent the company professionally at all client interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Proven dump truck operation expertise
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Detroit metro routes and terrain
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Strong focus on safety and compliance
- Physical ability to handle outdoor work conditions
