Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks for material transport at Austin construction sites
- Perform daily pre/post-trip inspections and vehicle maintenance checks
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and local traffic ordinances
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic documentation
- Collaborate with site supervisors for efficient loading/unloading operations
- Participate in quarterly safety training sessions (remote options available)
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years dump truck or heavy equipment operation experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and delivery protocols
- Strong communication skills for remote team coordination
- Pass background check and drug screening
