Responsibilities
- Operate dump trucks safely on construction sites and public roads
- Load/unload materials (dirt, gravel, asphalt) at job sites
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and DOT safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and site supervisors
- Manage delivery routes efficiently to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record
- 2+ years commercial dump truck experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with construction site safety procedures
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting
- Strong navigation skills in the Phoenix metro area
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Must pass background check
