Responsibilities
- Operate dump trucks safely to transport construction materials, gravel, and debris to job sites
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with site supervisors to ensure timely and accurate material deliveries
- Maintain clean, organized truck interiors and secure loads properly
- Utilize GPS navigation systems for efficient route planning
- Document delivery reports and maintain electronic logs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years' experience operating dump trucks or heavy equipment
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Strong knowledge of Laredo area and surrounding regions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Must provide own steel-toe boots and basic hand tools
