Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, debris, and aggregates to job sites
- Perform pre-trip inspections and daily maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for all materials transported
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with site supervisors to coordinate efficient material delivery schedules
- Operate in all weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards
- Assist with minor equipment repairs and troubleshooting on-site
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years' experience operating dump trucks or heavy equipment
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Strong knowledge of Boston area roadways and construction zones
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
- Excellent time management and communication skills
