Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to align technical capabilities with business goals for the upcoming years.
- Emerging Tech R&D: Spearhead research initiatives in Generative AI, Quantum Algorithms, and Next-Gen Web3 architectures.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex technical visions to C-suite executives and non-technical stakeholders.
- Talent Acquisition & Mentorship: Build and lead a world-class team of futurists and engineers.
- Competitive Analysis: Continuously analyze global tech trends to identify competitive advantages.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in senior technical leadership roles, with at least 3 years in strategic planning.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Infrastructure, and emerging hardware.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate industry shifts and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
