Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and parcels to residential and commercial destinations in the Greater Boston area.
- Adhere to strict delivery time windows and route schedules to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inspect delivery vehicles for mechanical issues and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle interior and exterior at all times.
- Handle cash or digital payments accurately and resolve any customer inquiries professionally.
- Observe all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure a secure delivery experience.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C or higher) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency for navigation and reporting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the designated depot.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
