Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and parcels to residential and commercial customers.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols while driving.
- Inspect the delivery vehicle before and after each shift to ensure it is in proper working condition.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring a positive unboxing experience.
- Handle package handling with care to prevent damage or loss.
- Update delivery status in the mobile app accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collect payments and process paperwork when required.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery tracking apps.
- Reliable personal vehicle (if applicable) or valid CDL Class B (if applicable to specific fleet).
