Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations within designated routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet time targets
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading packages at distribution hubs
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery apps
- Physical ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to and from shift locations
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Prior delivery experience preferred but not required
