Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in Philadelphia and surrounding areas.
- Utilize handheld delivery devices to track routes and update status in real-time.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring a positive unboxing experience.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Handle cash/card transactions and maintain accurate paperwork.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) and a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication apps.
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
