Responsibilities
- Safely deliver food, packages, and retail items to customers across Memphis
- Maintain clean, organized vehicle and conduct pre/post-trip inspections
- Optimize routes using GPS technology for on-time deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs
- Accurately process payments and delivery documentation
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status via real-time tracking apps
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of Memphis neighborhoods preferred
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
