Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages to designated residential and commercial addresses.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, handling packages with care.
- Update delivery status and logs using mobile applications and handheld scanners.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
- Manage time effectively to meet strict delivery deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class B or CDL preferred, but non-CDL local routes available).
- Clean driving record with no major violations within the last 3 years.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push packages weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable smartphone with data connectivity for navigation and app usage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
