Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and navigate assigned routes using GPS technology
- Load/unload packages with precision and care while adhering to safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each route
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery efficiency
- Participate in ongoing safety training and route improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL Class B) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with mobile delivery apps and GPS navigation
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Pennsylvania residency required
