Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and food orders to residential and commercial addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication via app
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at warehouse facilities
- Optimize delivery routes to minimize fuel consumption and time
- Resolve delivery exceptions with customers and support team
Qualifications
- Valid NC driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery apps and communication
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of Raleigh area navigation
- Customer service experience preferred
- Food handling certification (for food delivery roles)
