Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail items to customers across Phoenix metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS navigation to ensure timely arrivals
- Provide outstanding customer service with friendly and professional interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues proactively
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to operate vehicles safely in diverse weather and traffic conditions
- Strong time management skills with punctual delivery performance
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication apps
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs comfortably
- Customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening (company-provided)
