Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail items using company-provided vehicles
- Optimize delivery routes using our proprietary GPS system to maximize efficiency
- Maintain pristine vehicle condition and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service with professional communication and order accuracy
- Track deliveries in real-time through our mobile app and update customers proactively
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges and ensure on-time arrivals
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable smartphone with GPS and data capabilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management skills and punctuality-focused mindset
- Excellent customer service communication in English
- Basic familiarity with Austin neighborhoods and major landmarks
- Pass background check and drug screening (company-provided)
- Availability for flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
