Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Load and unload cargo using hand trucks, dollies, and pallet jacks.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns immediately.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a neat appearance and courteous communication.
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and mapping software to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle interior at all times.
- Handle cash/card transactions accurately and process returns as necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) and a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 7 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and logging deliveries.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
