Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and food orders to designated locations throughout NYC
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication via our mobile app
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at distribution hubs
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Driver's License with clean driving record
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and app usage
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to our Manhattan hub
