Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods throughout Wichita and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and update tracking systems in real-time
- Verify package details upon pickup and delivery to ensure accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with clients
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols while on duty
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes
- Assist with loading and unloading of packages when necessary
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- No prior delivery experience required - we train!
