Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and retail items across Nashville metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic tracking systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and returns
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to meet time windows
- Coordinate with dispatch team for real-time schedule adjustments
- Uphold company standards for package handling and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid US driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years preferred)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication apps
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Reliable transportation to depot for start of shift
