Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within the Minneapolis metro area.
- Obtain electronic or written signatures upon delivery and maintain accurate logs.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, resolving any delivery issues promptly.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
- Manage time effectively to ensure on-time delivery performance.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Proficiency with handheld devices, tablets, and GPS navigation software.
- Reliable transportation to and from the depot or assigned starting point.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
