Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver packages in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the safety and security of all packages during transit and handling.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers at every delivery point.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections, maintenance checks, and cleaning.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies strictly.
- Accurately record delivery information using mobile devices and handheld scanners.
- Resolve delivery issues and handle returns or exchanges as necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle or willingness to use company vehicles.
- Proficiency with smartphones for navigation, GPS, and digital signatures.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
