Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses throughout the Portland metro area.
- Verify package contents and ensure accurate delivery by obtaining digital signatures.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers at every stop.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process paperwork as required.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Familiarity with the Portland, OR area is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable smartphone for navigation and delivery management apps.
