Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and goods to customers throughout the Houston metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation using our proprietary mobile tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions and resolve delivery-related inquiries
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and maximize fuel efficiency
- Collaborate with dispatch team to coordinate pickups and deliveries in real-time
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience or equivalent delivery background
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong knowledge of Houston-area streets, highways, and traffic patterns
- Reliable smartphone with data plan for route navigation and communication
- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Ability to pass mandatory background check and drug screening
