Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages safely and efficiently using hand trucks and dollies.
- Plan the most efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and resolving issues.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times.
- Complete daily vehicle inspection reports and log delivery paperwork accurately.
- Handle cash or digital payments and provide accurate receipts as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) and a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; CDL is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and mobile apps.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
