Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations across Baltimore City and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our proprietary mobile tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions, including package handling and order verification
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure operational safety and compliance
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to maximize efficiency and meet tight deadlines
- Collaborate with warehouse team to coordinate loading/unloading processes and inventory management
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety protocols while representing our brand professionally
Qualifications
- Valid Maryland driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Ability to operate box trucks and cargo vans (commercial license a plus)
- Strong knowledge of Baltimore City streets and metropolitan area geography
- Excellent time management skills with ability to meet strict delivery windows
- Physical capability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Professional communication skills and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Pass background check and drug screening (company policy)
