Responsibilities
- Perform safe and timely delivery of packages to residential and commercial customers along assigned routes.
- Load and unload cargo using hand trucks, dollies, or pallet jacks, ensuring proper weight distribution and safety.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure the well-being of yourself and others on the road.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, handling all inquiries and delivery issues with a positive attitude.
- Inspect the vehicle at the beginning and end of every shift, reporting any mechanical issues or damage immediately.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and digital logs accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License required (CDL not necessary for this position).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Clean driving record with no major violations within the last 3-5 years.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 75 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service oriented mindset.
- Basic computer literacy for accessing delivery apps and logs.
