Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages across Oklahoma City metro area
- Provide exceptional customer service during package deliveries and pickups
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain proper customer signatures
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries using GPS technology
- Assist with loading/unloading operations while following safety protocols
- Communicate proactively with dispatch team regarding delivery status
- Represent Swift Logistics Solutions professionally at all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 60 pounds repeatedly
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Reliable smartphone with GPS capabilities
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of Oklahoma City streets and landmarks
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
