Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations across metro Atlanta
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures for proof of delivery
- Inspect and maintain assigned vehicle to ensure optimal safety and performance
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and customers regarding delivery status
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations
- Assist with loading/unloading packages and organizing delivery vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Georgia driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations within 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience or equivalent delivery background
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong knowledge of Atlanta metropolitan area and Georgia roadways
- Excellent time management and route optimization skills
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and basic delivery tracking systems
- Reliable transportation to/from starting location
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
